Service

BareVault lets creators sell access to stream-only content. Buyers receive a right to view; downloads and redistribution are not allowed.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Purchases and payouts

• Creators keep 80% of each sale; payouts settle on Polygon (fees may apply).
• Transactions are generally final; refunds are limited and may be required by law or offered at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to bypass stream protection or abuse the platform.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Intellectual property

• Creators keep rights to their uploads and grant us a license to host and stream to purchasers.
• Buyers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to stream purchased content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

Specify your preferred jurisdiction. If none is specified, these terms will be governed by applicable US law and venue where BareVault is established.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
