BareVault is a decentralized content platform that enables creators to share and monetize their content through cryptocurrency payments. Our platform provides:

• Content hosting and distribution services
• Cryptocurrency payment processing
• Revenue sharing through smart contracts
• Creator tools and analytics
• Community features and engagement tools

Smart Contract Integration

Our platform integrates with blockchain technology and smart contracts on the Polygon network to facilitate secure, transparent revenue sharing between creators and the platform. All transactions are recorded on the blockchain and governed by smart contract terms.

Account Creation

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using our platform under applicable law
• Your use of the platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Contains sexually explicit content involving minors
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates privacy rights of others

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on our platform
• Distribute your content to users of our platform
• Use your content for platform promotion and marketing
• Analyze and improve our services

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

Payment Processing

Our platform processes payments through cryptocurrency transactions on the Polygon network. By using our payment services, you acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• Transaction fees and gas costs apply to all blockchain transactions
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate significantly
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your payment account
• We are not responsible for losses due to payment account security issues

Revenue Sharing

Revenue from content monetization is distributed through smart contracts as follows:

• 80% to Content Creator: Distributed directly to the creator's account
• 20% to Platform: Retained for platform maintenance and development
• Smart Contract Execution: All distributions are automated and transparent
• Blockchain Verification: All transactions are publicly verifiable

Tax Obligations

You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on cryptocurrency income received through our platform. We recommend consulting with a tax professional to understand your tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

Contract Deployment

When you create content on our platform, we may deploy smart contracts to handle revenue distribution. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Accept the terms encoded in smart contracts
• Understand that smart contracts are immutable once deployed
• Acknowledge that contract execution is automated and irreversible
• Accept responsibility for any errors in payment addresses or transaction parameters

Contract Risks

Smart contracts carry inherent risks, including:

• Potential bugs or vulnerabilities in contract code
• Network congestion affecting transaction processing
• Changes in blockchain protocols or consensus mechanisms
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency transactions

Contract Audits

While we strive to ensure the security of our smart contracts, we cannot guarantee they are free from vulnerabilities. We recommend conducting your own due diligence and consulting with blockchain security experts before engaging with our smart contracts.

Platform Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by BareVault and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our platform

User Content Rights

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, you must ensure that:

• You have the right to upload and share the content
• The content does not infringe on others intellectual property rights
• You have obtained necessary licenses and permissions
• The content complies with applicable copyright laws

Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at copyright@barevault.com.

Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BareVault is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules
• Court proceedings only as a last resort

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BareVault.
