Overview
Use this page to report alleged copyright infringement or submit a counter-notice if your content was removed.
Submitting a DMCA notice
Send notices to legal@barevault.com with all of the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located (URL).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Submitting a counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, email a counter-notice to legal@barevault.com:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared (URL) before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (if in the US) or where BareVault is located, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we may do
- Remove or disable access to the reported material.
- Notify the user who posted the material.
- Restore material upon valid counter-notice, unless the claimant files an action seeking a court order.
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
